RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
At UNIQK Group, our journey began with a simple yet powerful vision - to design clothing that lasts a lifetime, not just a season. We believe in the enduring quality of our products, and we understand that each customer's experience matters.
YOUR SATISFACTION, OUR PRIORITY
We hope you adore your order, but if, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we welcome returns under the following conditions.
1. ACCEPTED RETURNS
We are pleased to accept returns of clothing for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
- Returns initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Return items in their original condition, unworn and unwashed.
- Ensure items are in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
2. VALID REASONS FOR RETURNS
Items are eligible for an exchange or refund for the following reasons:
- Product defects
- Order discrepancies, and
- Any other genuine concerns affecting your satisfaction
If you have any issues with sizing, items can be returned for an exchange. We highly recommend you to read our sizing chart for clothing measurements. Please note, we do not accept returns due to a change of mind.
3. SALE ITEMS
Sale items are not eligible for returns unless they differ from your order or have defects.
4. U BOUTIQUE ACCESSORIES
U Boutique Accessories are not eligible for returns unless they differ from your order or have defects.
5. EASY RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
To make a return, please follow these simple steps:
- Send an email with your online returns request to info@uniqkgroup.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Attach photos or videos of the product(s you received.
- Include your order number and the reason for return in your email.
6. APPROVAL AND SHIPPING
Once our staff approves your return request, please:
- Securely pack the items in a trackable package.
- Ship the package (with tracking) to the address provided upon approval.
UNIQK GROUP is not responsible for items that are not returned to us. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
7. ACCEPTANCE OF RETURNS
Returns are accepted ONLY if you have followed the instructions above, and your request has been approved by our staff. Returns sent to us without prior consent will not be accepted.
8. MISSING ITEMS
If any items are missing from your order, please contact our customer service center via email. Keep all original packaging, including packaging materials (boxes, bags, etc.), until you receive further instructions.
9. YOUR PEACE OF MIND
In line with Australian Consumer Law, UNIQK Group reserves the right to refuse refunds for a change of mind. While we monitor returns, our aim is to provide you with the best service possible. Rest assured, we will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure your experience with UNIQK Group is delightful.
